I would like to give great thanks to Russ at Fine Catering by Russell Morin for the delicious Lilly inspired cuisine! Chicken Veronique on a strawberry, was very clever. Salmon crepes with lemon, Fab! And Shrimp On a pin wheel with cucumber, simply refreshing.hey had big bold favors perfect for to nights event.
I think Lilly herself would approve these color coordinated nibbles for a hot summer day.
And the pink lemon aid with fresh mint and lime slices…. can we say more!
